Description
Yiarios Villa is situated in the village of Gouvia, on the island of Corfu, at a distance of 2.5km from the nearest beach. This modernly equipped villa with a private pool and spacious courtyard represents the perfect place for enjoying time with family and friends, offering a flawless combination of comfort and entertainment.
The accommodation unit is structured as a maisonette on two levels (entrance on the ground floor and on the first floor) and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor) there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a few steps above the ground level is the living room and a toilet. On the second level (first floor) there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.
All rooms within the accommodation are air-conditioned. Guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms include a bathtub with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby crib and high chair are available.
A veranda and balcony with seating area and views of the courtyard and pool are available for guests.
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, there is a barbecue, pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, and children's play facilities such as slides, swings, and more.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three (or four) days.
Yiarios Villa is located 9km from the port, 10.8km from the main town of Corfu, and 12.4km from the airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
