Description
AMD House is located in the traditional village of Gastouri, near Perama on the island of Corfu. The apartments feature light colors that reflect light and wooden elements that provide a sense of warmth and comfort. The accommodation is 1.8km away from the nearest beach.
The accommodation unit is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to eight people. There are two identical apartments with separate entrances, left and right, which are rented together. They consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have two single beds each. A baby cot and a highchair are available upon request.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with a glass partition.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy views of the pool and the courtyard. They can relax with family and friends by the pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
