Aquamarine Homes is located directly opposite the main entrance to Psili Ammos, one of the most beautiful beaces on the island. Potos is about 5km away. Aquamarine is rated very good because it is a good quality accommodation, with a great location, nice owners, parking spot and sea view.

The accommodation is located on an uphill road across the Psili Ammos beach, there is just a road between them.

Aquamarine Homes is a brand new and modernly furnished villa, first opened for the season 2016.

On the first floor of the house there is a five-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with huge veranda and stunning sea view. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. The living room is not big and apart from kitchen there is also a sofa. One bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has two single beds. Except for a big sea view balcony that you enter from the living room, there is also big space for sitting in front of the entrance to the apartment.

Triple studio (23m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of a two single beds and an folding armchair. It is ideal for two adults with a child. It has fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. In front of studio there is sitting area with sea view.

Triple bungalow is the last in a series of buildings in the Aquamarine Homes complex and it has partial sea view. It’s a small house (25m2) behind the main building with a side sea view from the balcony. It has one double and one sofa bed. In front of bungalow there’s a space with outdoor seating.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower, terrace with direct or side sea view, air conditioning, TV, free internet access, mosquito nets and hair dryer.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

The yard is beautifully arranged and it offers private parking.

When you arrive from Potos direction, the house will be on the left side of the road. It is not more than 50m away from the beach.

You need a five-minute drive to the center with the shops, restaurants, souvenir shops and a promenade full of tourists. For everyday shopping, you can go to the supermarket only 50 meters away, next to the restaurant Batis, while the first major market is in Astris, at about 800m from the accommodation.

If you are looking for a quality accommodation just a few minutes from the beach, with a sea view and private parking, Aquamarine Homes can be an excellent choice.

Beautiful accommodation. Two terraces with a stunning view. I had no need to carry things to the beach. I go for a swim and return to the terrace. That is what I love.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
