Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for NidriAkti Studios is the accommodation on a pebbly-sandy beach, about 200m from the center of Nidri. Guests have a fantastic courtyard near the beach and small private parking (with a limited number of places).
The accommodation consists of 16 modern rooms and studios. There are:
- six double rooms (18m2) with two separate single beds,
- six triple rooms (about 24m2) with one double and a single bed, and
- four (32m2) have two rooms not separated by a wall or a door, with one double and two single beds.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet, LCD TV, bathroom, terrace, safe box and mosquito nets. The studios have a kitchen (hot plate with two rings and a small fridge with freezer) and the rooms have not (inquiry is required when booking).
Baby cot is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third or fourth day (depending on the stay).
The beach is not large, it's the combination of sand and gravel with crystal clear water, with deck chairs and sunshades (additionally charged).
The reception is open during the day for all assistance and information needed by tourists.
After entering Nidri, immediately after the bridge, turn left and drive for 50m until you reach the yard and gate.
Akti Studios is an ideal accommodation for those who'd like to spend a holiday in a villa on the beach, out of the city bustle, but very close to all events in Nidri.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are 100m away.

Owners description
Akti Studios occupies one of the best positions on Nidri beach. A few steps through the lovely garden filled with flowers and roses take you directly onto the gently shelving beach with crystal clear water. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious, with A/V and TV. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday.
Akti Studios expands in a 3-floor building located just in front of the seaside and next to the small river Dimosari.
On the seafront, separated from Nidri beach only by a well-kept garden, Akti is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the harbour, shops and bars of central Nidri. Mini markets and restaurants are all only a minute walk away.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
