Akti Studios is located in Nidri, next to the sandy-pebble beach and about 200m from the center of Nidri. It offers guests a fantastic courtyard, private parking, free wireless internet, and a communal barbecue. It boasts an excellent value for money, while its location is almost perfect, by the beach, close to the center, and in a peaceful environment.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 100m away.

It offers double rooms (without a kitchen) and studios (with a kitchen) for two to five people.

The units are distributed on the ground floor, first, and second floor. Double rooms and studios (18m2) have two separate single beds each, and triple studios (around 24m2) have one double and one single bed. The quadruple apartment (32m2) has two rooms that are not separated by doors, with one double and two single beds, and is located on the ground floor.

Studios and apartments have a kitchen (a stove with one or two burners, a small refrigerator with a chamber and a kettle), while the rooms are without a kitchen.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet, LCD TV, bathroom, terrace, safe for valuables, and mosquito nets.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third or fourth day (depending on the length of stay). A baby cot is available with a mandatory note when booking.

Guests have access to a fantastic beachfront courtyard and a small private parking lot (with a limited number of spaces).

The beach is not large, a combination of sand and pebbles with crystal clear water, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent.

The reception is open during the day for all the assistance and information needed by tourists.

Akti Studios is an ideal accommodation for those who want to spend their vacation in a beach villa, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet very close to all the events in Nidri.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
