Description
NL Thea Villa is located in the village of Pirgi, on the island of Corfu, 1.2km away from the nearest beach. The villa, with its modern minimalist design and stunning panoramic sea views, offers a perfect oasis of comfort for relaxation next to the private pool.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels, structured as a maisonette, and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), there are three bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
All rooms within the accommodation are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a smart TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray with glass and toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
With panoramic sea views and a pool, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony, both furnished with seating.
Guests can enjoy time with family and friends by the pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
