Description
Spyridoula Villa is located in the village of Agios Georgios, on the island of Corfu, 400m from the beach. The villa represents the epitome of unpretentious luxury, complete comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere, offering everything necessary for a perfect vacation.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels, structured as a maisonette, and can accommodate up to eight people. On the first level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds pushed together, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with a trundle bed.
All rooms within the property are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with a glass screen and toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Guests can enjoy the veranda and balcony equipped with seating, next to the pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, or in preparing a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
