The accommodation is far more beautiful than in the pictures; everything is impeccably clean, and the terrace is, to put it mildly, perfection. Spacious yet cozy, it allows you to enjoy the entire day without burning under the sun. The hosts are very kind and always willing to answer all our doubts and questions, as well as advise us on where to eat and what to visit. The cleaning staff literally emptied the trash bins every day, replenished the toilet paper and liquid soap when needed, and changed the towels and bed linens every other day, which pleasantly surprised us since we are used to that happening only once during our stay. Of course, it did not bother us, as they did this while we were at the beach. The room also has a safe, which we admittedly did not use, but it's available for those who wish to. As for the beach, although it is about 200 meters away, you need to have at least a bit of fitness; it is not suitable for older individuals because the incline is steep, making it difficult to return uphill in the scorching sun. The sea is crystal clear, with no complaints. From Parga, there are several excursions, and we chose a trip to Paxos and Antipaxos with Captain Hook, which is a special story and a wonderful experience. All in all, it was a memorable vacation. A lovely accommodation, exceptionally clean, with hosts who are incredibly kind and hospitable. Daily cleaning of the studio and garbage disposal is carried out, and towels and bedding are changed every other day alternately. The view is stunning, and there is secure parking, a mini market, and a café within the premises, which is excellent.

I would like to share my impressions from the accommodation at Spiros Studios, Lichos. Everything was perfect, impeccably clean, with linens and towels changed alternately every other day. The studio was cleaned daily and the trash was taken out. The owners were exceptionally hospitable and kind. The location is inherently peaceful and devoid of evening entertainment, which is exactly what we wanted. The beach is excellent, and the tavern offerings range from luxurious to affordable, so everyone can find something to their liking. Once again, thank you and best regards.

We stayed there from July 14 to July 24, and essentially, we can say that we were satisfied, except for the initial discomfort of having no air conditioning in our room during temperatures exceeding 40 degrees, and the host was not particularly friendly. However, the lady rectified this by offering us another room. The accommodation is comfortable and, above all, clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, and I believe that during our ten-day stay, the bedding was changed two or three times, while the towels were replaced every other day; it was truly perfectly clean. We were accommodated on the upper floor, but given that the temperatures were over 40 degrees, it was impossible to sleep without air conditioning. Perhaps it would be better to choose the ground floor, as it was too hot to sit on the terrace. The beach is indeed close, but the uphill walk back to the accommodation is quite exhausting, so those who do not wish to walk have free parking (if they arrive early), a sunshade, and two loungers at the Coral beach bar located on the beach. The beach is large, so even those who do not want to rent loungers can set up their own furniture wherever they like. I must also mention for everyone planning to vacation in Parga that the humidity was very high.

We spent six days in this accommodation, and I can say it was worth every penny. The hosts are friendly, always ready to assist, offer advice, and you truly feel welcomed. We had breakfast in their little restaurant a few days, and I can say it is also good; although the selection is limited, everything is fresh and delicious. After all, for 10 euros per person, you cannot find anything better.

We were accommodated in a room with a double bed. The view from the terrace is magnificent, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The landlady is very kind.

Dear, The chosen studio was excellent, primarily clean and tidy, and the hosts were very kind and always at our service. We truly have no complaints. The peace, quiet, and view of the sea are invaluable. Close to Lichnos beach (we visited many nearby), which is one of the nicer ones, the only thing is that the lower sea is located down/up the hill, which was not a problem for us. Our rating is 5/5.

I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The beautiful garden and view, rooms are cleaned daily, and the hosts are exceptionally kind and helpful. At the hotel, you can receive a wealth of useful information, book excursions, and they also have a well-stocked shop, as well as a small restaurant and bakery on the premises. About 300 meters downhill, there is a lovely beach with three taverns. The accommodation provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Staying at the Spiros studio is truly pleasant, offering a beautiful view of the flowers and the sea. The space is tidy and cleaned daily. The bathroom features a shower cabin instead of a curtain. The only comment is that we had to vacate the room by 11 AM, rather than the 12 PM stated on the website.

A decent accommodation in a tranquil setting on a hill overlooking Lihnos beach. The owners of the accommodation are very kind and accommodating, yet unobtrusive. The studio is exceptionally clean, featuring a beautiful terrace that offers a view of the perfectly maintained lawn, flowers, and the sea in the distance. The terraces are designed in such a way that you can enjoy perfect intimacy and a view just for yourself. The property includes a sufficiently large parking area at the back of the building, as well as a small shop with basic necessities and a café serving delightful coffee and light breakfast. The location is outstanding for those who appreciate peace and quiet, and for trips to Parga, guests can use their own car. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We were accommodated in an apartment with a separate bedroom and were extremely satisfied with the overall service. Everything was clean and tidy, bed linens and towels were changed every two to three days, and the apartment was cleaned daily. The furniture is a bit older, but we had no complaints about its functionality. The owners are kind, unobtrusive, yet always present if you need anything. Behind the accommodation, there is parking, and a very nice and secluded terrace with a table and chairs that offers a view of the sea. Additionally, next to the entrance of the apartment, there is a table with two benches, but there is no table and chairs inside the accommodation. The bathroom is older and needs renovation, but it is functional. The mattresses on the beds are excellent for our taste, although someone might find them a bit too firm.

A simple yet charming studio boasting an incredible view from the balcony. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the location is superb, tranquil and serene, and it is merely a few minutes' walk to Lichnos beach and a short drive to Parga. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable for us, but if you prefer firm mattresses, you will find them to your liking. The price-to-value ratio is a perfect 10/10.
