Spiros Studios is situated in an excellent location, only 250m away from the beautiful sandy beach Lihnos. The property offers studios and apartments that can accommodate up to five people, with guests having access to a store, snack bar, reception, and private parking. This accommodation is a perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday near the beach.

The nearest store is located within the property itself, while the closest bakery is in Parga, approximately 3km away. The Valtos beach is 4.5km away.

There are a total of 17 accommodation units available, spread across the ground floor and the first floor: 12 triple studios (28m²) with one double and one single bed, or with three single beds, and five quadruple apartments (45m²) with two double beds.

All units are air-conditioned (apartments have air conditioning in each room) and equipped with a TV, wireless internet, safe, kitchen (mini oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer, as well as a terrace – six studios and three apartments on the first floor have a sea view. In the courtyard, beautifully landscaped with plenty of flowers, there are sun loungers and benches for sitting in the shade. Guests also have access to a laundry machine, a shared barbecue, and parking space.

Cleaning is done daily, except on Sundays, while towels are changed every two days and linen every fourth day.

We were accommodated in a room with a double bed. The view from the terrace is magnificent, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The landlady is very kind.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 16 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
