Our description

This apartment (40m2) is located in the heart of Parga, on the first floor and accommodates a maximum of four persons. It offers a quality stay to couples, family and a group of friends who’d want to stay in the center where everything is happening. The apartment is air-conditioned and has everything that you might need on a vacation.

The sea, actually the Krioneri beach is only 200m away. The closest bakery and market are at only 10m and in its vicinity, there are numerous cafes and restaurants.

The apartment has a bedroom with one double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the street and the mountain, a spacious living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen (with complete utensils, stove with oven, large refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle), dining room and a bathroom . Amenities include a flat-screen TV and air conditioning (although the apartment is cool during the summer).

Opposite of the apartment, there are St.Nicolas church and primary school, with private parking next to them.

At the first turn in the center, at the car rental agency Avis on the corner, turn left off the main road and after 120m take the first street right where you will see this accommodation after 25m.

Given that it is located in the center of a lively place such as Parga, this accommodation is not recommended for guests who’d like to spend a holiday in silence and escape from the everyday city bustle, as it’s very present around the apartment.

This beautiful first-floor apartment in the center of Parga, opposite the main church and the elementary school, is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the dining venues.

It features a spacious living room with two sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a balcony and one double bed. Furthermore, it features air conditioning, although it’s extremely cool, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kettle and a toaster.
