Owners description
Senka Studios is the accommodation in the center Anthousa, a 5-minute drive from the largest beach in Parga, Valtos and a 10-minute drive from the center of Parga. It's built in the old olive grove, within walking distance from the restaurants, cafes, bakery, grocery stores, mini-markets and butcher's shop that are open from early in the morning until late at night.
The accommodation consists of four triple studios (26m2) with the possibility to add the auxiliary bed for children, equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen, air conditioning, TV and everything needed from small appliances for comfortable food preparation. Three studios have a sea view and one has a mountain view.
There's also a ground-floor apartment (90m2) for a maximum of seven people, with its own yard for children.
Amenities include parking and WiFi internet.
Senka Studios is an ideal base for visiting various beaches like Valtos (five minutes by car), Krioneri (12 minutes by car), Lychnos (17 minutes by car) and discovering the hidden beauties of Parga like Sarakiniko (30 minutes by car), Agios Sostis (17 minutes by car), as well as Karavostasi and Arilla (30 minutes by car).
From here, you can walk to the old castle of Ali Pasha or just drink your coffee in the old Watermill.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
