Ideal House is a modern and beautiful accommodation near Valtos Beach in Parga. It completely justifies its name by offering guests the opportunity for an ideal vacation. The pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard, tranquil location, friendly owners, and private parking are just some of the advantages of this residence.
The accommodation is 500 meters away from Valtos Beach. The first market and tavern are at a distance of 100, and the bakery at 150 meters. The center of Parga is approximately 1.5km away when walking over the fortress.
Ideal House offers 15 accommodation units spread over four floors (four apartments and 11 studios).
The apartments are approximately 40m2 and all have two double beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). The double studios have one double bed and a size of 19m2.
All units have a balcony overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, besides the refrigerator, there is also a small oven, kettle, toaster, and basic utensils. Guests also have access to air conditioning, a TV (satellite channels), WiFi signal, a safe, and a hairdryer.
The bathrooms have a shower cabin with a curtain. Guests also receive bathroom amenities and house slippers.
All units are equipped with comfortable Coco-mat mattresses.
Daily cleaning is provided, and towel replacement is every three days. Guests also receive special pool towels.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped. There is a pool with sun loungers and canopies on one side, as well as a large lawn with swings on the other side.
The breakfast served is homemade, so you will have the opportunity to try fruits and vegetables from the owner's garden, and the pies and pastries are homemade as well. Breakfast is served buffet-style.
Parking is provided for all guests. The gas station is 3km away from the accommodation. Two bicycles are also available to guests in case they want to take a break from driving.
The hospital is 2 km away, but a doctor can come to the accommodation if needed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li 2 BED STUDIO, SUPERIOR BB ima kuhinju i da li šporeti imaju ringle (jer je u opisu navedena samo rerna). Takodje koja od slika predstavlja ove studije i da li su na spratu ili prizemlju? Još me zanima da li možda postoji kraći put do plaže od vile (možda kroz dvorište Bzyantio hotela) ili se mora ići gde prolaze automobili? Da li je talčno ovo u pretrazi da je apartman slobodan od 31.08. - 10-09. ? Hvala njalepše!
