Our description
Ideal House is modern and nice accommodation near Valtos beach in Parga. It completely justifies its name because it provides guests with the opportunity for an ideal vacation. Pool and nicely decorated garden, kind owners and private parking, are just some of the advantages of this house.
Accommodation is 500 meters from Valtos beach. First market and tavern are 100 meters away, while bakery is 150 meters far. Center of Parga is a bit further (about 1,5km on foot over the fortress).
Ideal House offers 17 accommodation units, situated on the 4 floors (4 apartments and 13 studios in total).
Apartments have around 40m2 and they all have two double beds (one in bedroom and one in living room). From 13 studios, only two are triple, with 28m2 and they have one double and one single bed. The rest of the studios (11 of them) are double, each with one double bed. They have 19m2.
All the units have balcony with pool view and equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, beside the fridge, there are small oven, kettle, toaster and basic utensils. All the units also have A/C, TV with satellite channels, WiFi, safe box and hairdryer.
Bathroom has shower base with curtain. Guests are getting cosmetics in the bathroom as well as home slippers.
All the beds have comfortable Coco-mat mattresses.
Cleaning is daily while change of towels and linen is every 3 days. Guests are also getting pool towels.
Garden is nicely decorated. There is a nice pool and sunbeds with baldachins from one side of the garden and lawn with swings on the other side.
Breakfast is homemade so you will have opportunity to try fruit and vegetables from the owner's garden and also homemade pies and pastries. Breakfast is buffet style.
Parking spot is provided for all the clients. Gas station is 3km from the accommodation. There two bicycles for the guests to use in case they need it.
Hospital is 2km away but the doctor is also coming to the accommodation on request.
When you get to Parga, continue towards Valtos beach. When you get to the beach, turn right before Tango bar and then continue for 350 meters. At exotic bar, turn left and then after about 150 meters you will see Ideal House on your right side.
Ideal House is good choice for all looking for a good quality accommodation, in a quiet environment, close to the fantastic sandy beach of Valtos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odmah da kažem da smo u najmanju ruku razočarani sa daljinom smeštaja od mora.Apsolutno nije tačno da do mora ima 400m,merili smo i do Valtos plaže ima 1,3 km.Jedino ako vi merite vazdušnom linijom onda je moguće da do mora ima tih 400m.Ali ste to onda u ponudi morali da istaknete.Samim tim se pomera i daljina do Parge koja je i više od dva kilometra.Pazite ovi podaci su ozbiljno narušili naše poverenje prema vama.Mi smo starije osobe i na daljinu smeštaja ste trebali da nas upozorite a ne da nas ovako pustite.Pa mi smo smeštaj rezervisali još u decembru prošle godine.Samo zbog toga ako ni zbog čega drugog smo to zaslužili.Odmor nam je preseo samo zbog daljine smeštaja.I zbog toga sve ostalo u vezi smeštaja ide u drugi plan, od lepog objekta,čistoće,tišine,kvalitetnog doručka,preljubaznim vlasnicima,Na posletku jedan savet za Vas je da u ponudama budete krajnje pošteni i iskreni i da date pravo stanje.Jedino da i Vi neznate šta nudite već koristite podatke vlasnika ali to nam trebate reči .
