Panthea Residence is located in Theologos; an idyllic village, which represents the true spirit of Greece. From private parking, fenced veranda, two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, TV, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen - this accommodation offers everything that one guest might be in need of. The breathtaking view is just another reason why guests stay in this accommodation, both during the summer and winter.
As we previously mentioned, this accommodation is located in Theologos and is only 10km away from Potos. Markets, cafes, restaurants and sightseeings which this place offers are just about a 10 minute walk away.
The nearest beach is the city beach in Potos, while the enthusiasts of less crowded places can enjoy the San Antonio beach.
Panthea Residence is a house (55m2) that has a comfortable capacity for five adults.
It consists of two separate bedrooms, each of them having it's own bathroom. There is a double bed in both bedrooms, while there is a sofa bed in the living room.
This accommodation owns private parking, BBQ, outdoor shower, maintained yard, garden furniture, WiFi, A/C, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, four-burner oven, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, washing machine, safe, mosquito nets, as well as electric mosquito repellent.
Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
The yard is kept neat. There are a couple of small fruit trees, which peak during the summer. The lawn is maintained, which makes a pleasant change from the rocky landscape that dominates this place.
At the very entrance of this accommodation there is a private parking, which has two parking spaces. The guests are guaranteed the safety of their vehicle, given that the parking is on the property itself, which is fenced.
The main road from Potos to Teologos can be reached in about 15 minutes of pleasant driving, given that the road is well paved and marked. The accommodation is not tucked away, but is located on the right side of the main road.
Panthea Residence is an ideal choice for all those who are lovers of both the mountain and the sea. In addition to the breathtaking view, you can wander through the narrow streets of this traditional place and it's stone houses and roofs. You can also visit the sights it has to offer, such as the Church of St. Demetrios, the Folklore Museum and the Kefalogourna Waterfall. When you decide to lay back and take a little break, you can enjoy dining on the spacious veranda that this accommodation has. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
