Our description
Grigoris Garden is accommodation tucked away in quiet location in Parga, with nice and spacious garden and private parking.
From center of Parga, it is 1km away. The beach Piso Krioneri is at 900m and Krioneri on 1km. The closest market and bakery are 400m far while the nearest restaurant, Perivoli, is at 500m.
Accommodation has many rooms but for internet reservation, only four of them are available- one apartment and three studios.
Apartment (45m2) is located on the ground floor. The first space when you enter the apartment is living room with two sofas, after that is a hall with kitchen and then there is separated bedroom with two single beds. TV and A/C are in both rooms, living room and bedroom.
Studios are double and triple. One is double and it has 28m2 and two single beds.
Triple studios are 30m2 and they can have one double and one single bed or three single beds.
Units on the upper floor have balconies and units on the ground floor have space with sitting area in front.
All rooms have bathroom with shower cabin, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, safe box, hairdryer and equipped kitchen (small fridge, toaster, kettle, hotplates, basic utensils).
Cleaning, as well as change of towels and linen, is done every 3 days.
Garden is nice and spacious, it has lawn but guests can also use the pool and playground of the hotel next door (the owners are brother and sister).
Parking for all guests is provided.
When you enter Parga, after BP gas station you should turn left and then drive for about 500 meters.
If you don't need to be close to the beach and center but you want nice and quiet enviroment, Grigoris Garden can be good choice.

Owners description
Grigoris Garden Apartments is the accommodation in Parga, located 800-1000m from the centre. Due to its location, it has private parking, it's ideal for those wanting quiet and the prices are lower than what we have in the centre.
Specifically, there are studios available for two and three persons, and an apartment for up to four persons. All are equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, toaster and a kettle), A/C, TV, safe box and a bathroom with a shower.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je odličan u svakom smislu - prostran, nov, prelepo dvorište, a čistoća, higijena i zamena peškira i posteljine je na nivou hotela sa 5 zvezdica, bez preterivanja! Lokacija je odlična, 15-ak minuta lagane šetnje do grada, blizu su pekare, restorani i tri marketa! Obezbeđen je privatni parking u hladu maslina, a to je veoma bitna stavka za onog ko letuje u Pargi! Sve preporuke!
