Mocha & Spa Villas is located in Preveza, a charming seaside town on the Ionian Sea coast, known for its picturesque promenade, marina and pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere. Thanks to its location in a quieter part of the town, the accommodation offers an ideal combination of privacy and proximity to local amenities, while the centre of Preveza, with its marina and lively promenade, is approximately 2.5 km away. Kyani Akti Beach is approximately 3.2 km from the accommodation and offers a spacious and pleasant coastline surrounded by greenery that provides plenty of natural shade, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy warm summer days. This elegantly designed complex consists of two spacious villas offering ample space for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, with carefully planned interiors.

Each villa is structured as a two-level apartment with three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six adults.

On the lower level, at ground-floor level, there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper level, at first-floor level, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel arrangements easier and the stay more convenient for families with babies.

For a pleasant stay during the warm summer months, air conditioning is provided in the living room and in the hallway on the upper level. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, a safety deposit box and a hairdryer.

The kitchens are equipped with four ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, while one unit also has a small oven.

On the balconies and verandas, which are equipped with outdoor seating, guests can enjoy views of the garden and swimming pool.

The private swimming pools are a special feature of this accommodation, with each villa having its own private pool exclusively for its guests. A sun lounger is provided next to the pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a pleasant atmosphere and complete privacy.

For guests travelling with their pets, small dogs are allowed upon request and free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days. Laundry service is also available, as well as additional cleaning of the accommodation at an extra charge.

No private parking space is provided for guests, but there is free parking available along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

For complete relaxation and additional enjoyment during their stay, the sauna, jacuzzi and massage services are available upon request and at an extra charge. Approximately 42 km away is the Necromanteion of Acheron, an ancient sanctuary associated with Greek mythology and stories of the underworld. The popular resort of Ammoudia is approximately 45 km away and is known for its sandy beach, peaceful atmosphere and the mouth of the Acheron River where it meets the Ionian Sea. Approximately 63 km away is Parga, one of the most famous resorts in this part of Greece, known for its picturesque old town, scenic coastline and numerous beaches. Aktion International Airport in Preveza is approximately 8 km from the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
