- The minimum number of nights for a reservation in August is 7.
- Minimum stay for units No. 27, 28, 29, and 30 is four nights for the period from July 15 to August 25. Before and after this period, the minimum stay is three nights.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Hotel Sarikas is located not far from the center of Polychrono. It has 12 units, which can host 2-4 people. Guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool.
The property is 500 meters from the beach. It is about 200 meters from the center, markets, bakeries, and restaurants.
The double rooms are located on the ground floor. They do not have a kitchen. They are intended for two adults and feature one double bed.
Some double studios have an entrance from the yard and are on the ground floor, while others are in the building next to the pool and are on a raised ground floor, a few steps above yard level. The studios are 20–25 m² in size.
The triple studios are on the first floor, located in the building by the pool. They have one double bed and one single bed. The studios are 25–30 m² in size.
There are three four-bed apartments with two bedrooms. One apartment is on the raised ground floor, and two are on the first floor. They have four single beds, two in each bedroom. The apartments are 35–40 m² in size.
All first-floor balconies have a distant sea view.
The kitchens are equipped with a fridge and a stovetop with two burners. In the four-bed apartments, the fridges are large, while in the rooms, triple, and double studios, they are standard with a freezer compartment. The double rooms do not have a kitchen, but a kettle and coffee machine are available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, and internet access.
Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every 3–4 days.
Guests have access to sunbeds by the pool and seating areas in the shaded yard.
Private parking is not provided, but parking is possible in nearby streets, and there is usually space. In front of the property, there is an additional area where guests can park their vehicle free of charge.
The property is located on the left side of the main road when arriving from the direction of Kriopigi.
