Our description
Hotel Sarikas is located not far from the center of Polychrono. It has 12 units, which can host 2-4 people. Guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool.
The building is 500m away from the beach. It is about 200m from the center, market, bakery and restaurant.
There are five double studios, two have an entrance from the courtyard and are located on the ground floor, and three are in the building by the pool and are located on the high ground floor, raised a few steps from the level of the courtyard. The studios are 20-25m2.
There are four three-bed studios, all on the first floor and located in the building by the pool. They have one double bed and one single bed. The studios are 25-30m2.
There are three four-bed duplex apartments with two bedrooms. One apartment is on the upper ground floor, and two are on the first floor. They have four single beds, two in each bedroom. The apartments are 35-40m2.
The terraces of all units on the first floor have a view of the sea in the distance.
The kitchens are equipped, they have a refrigerator and a stove with two hotplates. There are large refrigerators in the four-bed apartments, and small refrigerators in the three-bed and two-bed studios. The renovated bathrooms only have a shower without a curtain, while the others have showers with curtains.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet access.
Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every 3-4 days.
Guests have at their disposal deckchairs by the pool, as well as furniture for sitting in the shade of the yard.
Private parking is not provided, parking is possible in the surrounding streets and there are usually spaces. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the building, but it is not possible to reserve them in advance, unless it is for people with special needs.
The facility is located on the left side of the highway when coming from the direction of Kriopigi.
If you want accommodation with a swimming pool near the center of Polychrono, Hotel Sarikas can be the right choice.

Hotel Sarikas is located in a quiet location in Polychrono on the peninsula of Kassandra.
It offers two-bed and three-bed studios and four-bed apartments within its accommodation capacity.All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have WiFi, TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and balcony with table and chairs.
Upon request, it is possible to add a baby cot to the accommodation units.
This accommodation is not pet friendly. Also, parties and making barbecues are not allowed within the hotel.
Hotel Sarikas is not available for school excursions.Your stay can be more pleasant by the swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds that are available to all guests.
Villa Sarikas is located 550m from the beach and 87km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Stvarno je jos lepse nego na slikama, medjutim mislim da je auto prekopotreban zato sto je gradska plaza premala, mi smo svaki dan isli na plazu Kriopigi koju preporucujem da posetite. Divni ljudi dolaze u smestaj, sviraju gitare, veseli, cak ce vas i posluga svako jutro lepo pozdraviti. Ocena je malcice manja od 5 samo zbog lokacije, mada mi smo se snasli. U principu, sve preporukeee ❤️

Poštovani Zanima nas 4 krevetni apartman od 02.09..10 noćenja.Tri odrasle osobe i 1 dete od 5 godina.Zanima nas cena i da li je taj apartman u prizemlju? Hvala unapred

Sem lošeg interneta, nemam zamerki. Čisto, prostrano, ljubazno. Lokacija idealna za obilazak ostalih mesta i plaža. Do centra 5 min, a nisi u guzvi.

Zadovoljni smo smestajem ocena 4 sveobuhvatno. Zamerka za plazu Polihrono. Premala plaza da primi sve goste pogotovo je zadnjih dana pocela da se puni. Nisi imao mesto da spustis peskir. Desni deo plaze polu prazan ali ulaz u vodu los. Previse ostrog kamenja i jezeva. Za neplivace ne preporucujem. Najmanje smo vremena proveli na plazi u Polihronu. Uglavnom smo vreme provodili na mnogo lepsim plazama. Ksenija, Porto. Calitea. Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo se vratili kuci. Sveobuhvatna oce je 4.
