Feggaropetra Luxury Apartments is located in the village of Sivota, in the Epirus region. The Zavia beach is approximately 2 km away from the property. Guests have at their disposal a well-kept courtyard with natural shade, a playground for children, and a common barbecue area.
The property offers a total of five accommodation units, including two studios for up to four people, two apartments with one separate bedroom for up to four people, and one apartment with two separate bedrooms for up to six people.
The studios and apartments for four people are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for accommodating two people. The largest apartment features a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed for two people. The studios and smaller apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, while the six-person apartment is situated on the second floor.
Two quadruple studios (30m²) and two quadruple apartments (35m²) each have a double bed and a sofa bed where two people can be accommodated. The apartment with two separate bedrooms for six people (65m²) has a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed for two people. The unit has skylights and no terrace.
The quadruple studios and apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, while the six-person apartment is on the second floor, in the attic, and can be reached by a number of stairs.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, and free WiFi. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathrooms in the studios and apartments have a shower cabin, while the large apartment has a bathtub and a washing machine. Laundry service is included in the price for the other units.
Apartment cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests have access to a private parking space.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
