Feggaropetra Luxury Apartments are located in the village of Syvota, at a distance of 2km from the beautiful Zavia beach. Your stay will be enhanced by the charming courtyard with shared barbecue facilities and a playground for children.
They offer five elegantly decorated apartments. Two four-bed studios of approximately 30m2 and two four-bed apartments of about 35m2 each have a double bed and a sofa bed where two more people can be accommodated. The apartment with two separate bedrooms for six people, sized at 65m2, has a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed for two.
The four-bed studios and apartments are situated on the ground floor and on the first floor, while the six-person apartment is located on the second floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as complimentary WiFi. Some units feature a terrace overlooking the mountains or garden, while others have a veranda overlooking the courtyard. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, frappe maker, kettle, and toaster. The private bathrooms are stocked with slippers, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, towels, and bath cosmetics. An iron, ironing board, baby cot, and high chair are also available upon request.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation units.
Daily cleaning of the apartments is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three days.
Guests are offered free parking within the premises.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
