Bookings
A minimum stay of 6 nights is required.
For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
- for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 15€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Gestia Villa is located in Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula, about 1.5 km from the sea, in a quiet location.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and has two levels. The villa has three bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa beds.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove with four rings, a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The villa has two bathrooms and both have bathtubs.
A baby cot is available on request and this service is free of charge.
The veranda is equipped with sofas.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.
There is a private parking space.
Gestia Villa is located 73 km from the international airport of Thessaloniki, while neighboring Kallithea is 1.5 km away.
