Situated at the beginning of the first peninsula of Halkidiki, Afitos captivates visitors with its traditional stone architecture, narrow cobbled streets, picturesque squares, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that sets it apart from other seaside resorts. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, and offers everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay for families and groups of friends. Afitos Beach is renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine pebbles, and beautiful natural surroundings, and can be reached by a pleasant walk through the village’s charming streets. In addition to swimming and relaxing by the sea, guests can enjoy numerous taverns serving traditional Greek cuisine, cafés with sea views, and the unique atmosphere that makes Afitos one of the most beloved destinations in Halkidiki.

This three-bedroom maisonette is arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper floor comprises three bedrooms and an open sleeping area. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a single bed. The open sleeping area on the upper floor includes a sofa bed for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The ground floor features a spacious veranda, while the first floor has two balconies furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden that provides privacy, tranquility, and pleasant natural shade. Guests can also enjoy a gazebo and a comfortable outdoor seating area, creating an ideal setting for relaxation, socializing, and spending quality time outdoors.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and can stay free of charge.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay, allowing them complete flexibility to organize their daily routine according to their own preferences. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, and guests may change them whenever they wish. Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is available upon request for an additional charge.

Private parking is not provided; however, free parking is usually available on the street in front of the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
