Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Ifigeneia Premium Villa is a brand new, modernly equipped facility, which will welcome its first guests in July 2025. It is located in a peaceful part of Tripiti and represents an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, peace, and tranquility.
The accommodation is situated 300m away from Tripiti beach, which is sandy-gravel in front of the Blue Dream Palace hotel. The nearest grocery store where you can buy groceries is about 2km away from the accommodation, towards Limenaria.
There are a total of eight accommodation units available - six double studios and two quadruple maisonettes, meaning accommodation units on two levels. Four studios are located on the first floor, while the remaining two studios and both maisonettes are on the second floor.
The double studios are about 25m² in size, except for one which is slightly smaller, ranging between 20 and 22m². They are all equipped with a double bed, quality furniture, modern interiors, and kitchens. The kitchens include a single burner, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cookware, a pot, an espresso coffee maker, and an electric kettle, sufficient for preparing light meals.
The quadruple maisonettes range from 35 to 40m², with two double beds - one on the ground floor and the other on the gallery, making them ideal for families. The furniture is carefully selected to offer comfort and style at the same time.
All accommodation units have a distant sea view - partially obstructed by trees from the first floor, while more open and better from the second floor.
All bathrooms feature a shower cabin in the form of a glass partition.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Maisonettes have two TVs and two air conditioners, one on each floor.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in front and behind the building, in a quiet, low-traffic street, with enough space for all guests.
Cleaning is done every other day, including towel replacement, while bed linen is changed every four days.
The villa's location is easily accessible - coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right before the Blue Dream Palace hotel. At the end of a short downhill, there is a sign pointing to the Meli Boutique Hotel. Follow that sign, and right after that hotel, on a gentle elevation, you will find Ifigeneia Premium Villa.
This accommodation is an outstanding choice for guests looking for a completely new, quality furnished space in a peaceful environment, close to the beach but far from the crowds and noise.
