Pine Forest Maisonette is located within a luxurious complex of houses in the village of Elani, not far from Siviri on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The distance from the beach and main amenities in Siviri is about 3.5km, while the distance from the Elani beach, known for its crystal-clear waters, is 700m. The accommodation is open throughout the year.
This house, structured as a duplex over two levels, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms - accommodating a maximum of seven people.
On the first level (ground floor level), there is a living room with a sofa for one person, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the second level (first floor level), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be joined if needed), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
This accommodation offers guests one air conditioning unit above the entrance door, WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a three-burner stove, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard from the balcony or the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
Upon request and for an additional fee, pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
