Description
Villa Anastasia is located on the main street in the center of town and 70m from the sandy beach. Excellently positioned, it offers accommodation in spacious three-bed studios (with the possibility of adding an extra bed for an additional fee from the price list). All units are equipped with kitchenette (stove with two hotplates) with fridge, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning. The studios are oriented towards the street and the sea. Some studios offer a partial view of the sea. All units are located on the first floor and have very spacious balconies. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are numerous souvenir shops, shops, cafes, restaurants and fast food restaurants. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the central square. Spacious and bright studios are ideal for families and couples. Parking is usually possible within a radius of 100m from the villa.
Towels are not provided. Guests have free use of air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The accommodation does not have private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
