An excellent accommodation, clean, spacious, and lacking nothing. It is a bit distant from the beach, but that does not pose a problem for those who enjoy action.

The accommodation is exceptionally tidy and clean, with the owners taking great care to maintain this standard, as cleaning of the rooms is done every three days. We arrived two hours before the scheduled check-in, but the owners graciously welcomed us and allowed us to settle into the apartment. The bathroom is quite spacious, very tidy, and there is always hot water, with good pressure as well. The kitchen within the apartment is excellent, as it has everything you need, including utensils and two strong burners that boil water quickly. The air conditioning is not charged extra, and there are sensors on the terrace doors that prevent the air conditioning from operating when the terrace is open. The bed is large and spacious, accompanied by a nightstand, a wardrobe with ample storage space, and a table with a mirror. On the terrace, there is a table and chairs for relaxation, as well as a drying rack for laundry. Our terrace overlooked the sea, and part of the yard offers beautiful sunrises. The owners are exceptionally friendly, always available for advice and recommendations regarding beaches, parking, and restaurants you wish to visit, considering that Kiropigi is a great starting point for exploring the entire peninsula. All praises for the owners of the accommodation. We had an incredibly pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on a dead-end street just below the main road, with plenty of parking space available, and the steps right next to the gate lead you to the very center of the town, while the noise is hardly noticeable as it is remarkably quiet, being situated below the main road. All in all, I would gladly revisit this accommodation; the hosts are extraordinary, the location is perfect, with enough amenities to keep you entertained without the crowds. The beaches are beautiful, some of them offering natural shade.

Impeccably clean, spacious, and boasting a wonderful view. Kriopigi is situated on a hill, so we drove to the beach. The nearest beach is pleasant yet somewhat crowded, prompting us to predominantly visit Agora beach, which is nearby and larger.

The cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in, with exceptionally kind hosts. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample utensils, and the bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoos. Towels and sheets were changed twice during our seven-night stay. Everything was flawless.

An excellent accommodation, situated in a prime location for those wishing to visit nearby attractions and the beach, which was our case. We did not go to the beach in the town itself; instead, we descended to see what it looked like: natural shade, clear sea, and a large crowd. Our ground-floor studio lacked a screen door, which is the only complaint. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and the mattresses are cozy. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Right across the street is an excellent bakery, and there are several supermarkets nearby.

The accommodation lacks basic amenities for relaxation, with poor climate, uncomfortable beds, no mosquito nets, no awning, and it is excessively hot at night...

Excellent accommodation, exceeding expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and all other aspects. The studio we stayed in was on the ground floor and offered a view of the sea. The only downside I would mention is the distance from the sea, which I believe is more than 800 meters, and the return to the apartment can be tiring if one does not go by car. If you do drive, there is parking available in the woods near the sea. The beach lacks natural shade; however, another beach with natural shade is located about 800 meters towards Kalithea.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The rooms are clean, and on the third day, the rooms are cleaned and the bedding is changed. In the hallway, there is always a broom with a dustpan and a cloth. All praises for Anatolia Studios!

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just one street below the main road, making it only a few minutes' walk from all amenities (shops, taverns, bakeries...). The furnishings are new. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the apartment is cleaned every three days when the bed linens and towels are changed. We are thrilled. The terrace overlooks the sea (it can get quite warm in the morning). The hosts are extremely kind and unobtrusive. The beach is about 1 km away (subjective impression) downhill, so it can be quite tiring without a car, especially the return to the accommodation. We did not like the beach, so it was not an issue for us. The location is perfect for visiting nearby beaches (e.g., the wonderful Agora beach is 2 km from the accommodation, and the beach near the EOS apartments is even closer).

For years, we have been vacationing in Greece within this price range, and this is undoubtedly the best accommodation we have encountered so far. It is evident that they have considered every detail. The cleanliness is astonishing; everything smells fresh. The bedding is changed every three days, and everything is washed and wiped down. Their towels and toiletries are provided, along with a hairdryer. Satellite channels are available on a FLAT screen TV, not the old CRT models found in most accommodations in Greece. The beautiful courtyard features several play items for children (a slide, swing, and seesaw). Secure parking is available, with a covered section. The entire area is under surveillance cameras, both the courtyard and the property. The location is excellent—close to everything. The owner speaks perfect English.

In our first year at this accommodation, we are thrilled with the service, location, and quality of the lodging. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed a lovely spacious terrace with a view of the sea. Families with children have a designated area enclosed with fine grass, a seesaw, a swing, and a slide where kids can play safely. An excellent choice if you wish to stay in Kriopigi. The rooms are spacious, renovated, and exceptionally clean, as are the bathrooms. The service is at hotel level. The courtyard is lovely, and the location is ideal as it is not on the main street, but a little further inside. Everything you need is nearby: bakery, supermarket, taverns, and similar, while the best beaches are just a few kilometers away by car.
