Lilia Sea House is located 200m from the beach and 1.3km from Skala Furka, a very small place on the Kassandra peninsula, intended for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet place.
This accommodation offers apartments with two bedrooms, located on the ground floor and the first floor, and can accommodate up to five adults and two children. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom, there is either a double bed or two single beds, while in the living room, there is either a sofa for two people or two sofas for one person. Within the living room, there is the possibility of adding an extra bed intended for the stay of the seventh person in the apartment.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has a cooling unit in each apartment, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster. In some apartments, guests have a washing machine at their disposal, while in other apartments, a laundry service is included in the price. One apartment has a dishwasher.
On the furnished veranda or balcony, you can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the courtyard, depending on the number of floors.
In a beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths and a carpet-like lawn, you can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the summer kitchen specially created for that purpose, while your youngest has fun on the children’s playground, which is an integral part of the yard.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with extra charge. Upon the arrival of guests whose pet stays in the accommodation, a mandatory payment of a guarantee deposit in the amount of 200€ in case of compensation for possible damage caused by the pet. The deposit will be returned to the guests if after their stay in the accommodation the pet has not caused any damage.
Cleaning of the house, tokom borkava, the guests are performed by the guests themselves, while changing the bed linen and towels is not provided. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available for guests, as well as additional cleaning, for an extra charge and in agreement with the owner.
For guests of this accommodation, there is a provided parking space.
