If you're looking for quality accommodation near the fantastic beach of Salonikiou, Akti-S Resort is a great choice for you. Built-in a beautiful yard, close to the beach, it offers guests everything that is necessary for a quiet family vacation, away from the noisy resorts.
The accommodation is about 180m away from the beach, while the distance from the village Agios Nikolaos is about 9km, but every morning close to the accommodation passes a minivan with fresh bread and pastries. The village of Metagitsi is 4km away, and the fishing village Pyrgadikia where guests can taste traditional specialities and fresh fish is 6km away. In the same facility, there is also Akti-S Apartments and Suites, but the owners are different.
Akti-S Resort was built in 2012, it has seven accommodation units and it's located in a spacious yard with private parking, barbeque and a small playground for children.
Three 6-bed apartments (35m2) are located on the ground floor, they have a terrace (15m2) with a parasol, one double bed in a room with a kitchen and one double and a sofa bed (for two smaller persons) in the bedroom.
Out of four quadruple apartments (23m2), two are on the first and two on the second floor. They have a double bed in the bedroom, a folding sofa bed in the room with a kitchen and a terrace (4m2) with a parasol. On the sofa can sleep only two small children, it is not suitable for tall persons or adults.
Quintuple Apartment (40m2) is located on the first floor and has one double bed in first bedroom, and one single bed and sofa bed in the second bedroom.
6-bed apartments and two quadruple apartments have large refrigerators, while two quadruple apartments have smaller refrigerators with a freezer compartment. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet, TV, and equipped kitchen with an oven. In each bathroom, there's an edged shower area with a curtain and hairdryer, while upon agreement with the owner you can also use a shared washing machine. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
Pets are allowed on request and upon agreement with the owner.
The yard is spacious and fenced, with enough parking space. There is a covered summer house with a barbecue, chairs and a dining table.
You will reach the accommodation by following the road leading to Agios Nikolaos when you turn off the main road from Nikiti. 220m before you reach the beach you will see the accommodation on the right.
Akti-S Resort is located in a quiet location and it's ideal for those who want to relax far away from the crowds.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate u ponudi smjestaj za dvije porodice u dva apartmana u periodu od 01.07-11.07. (deset noćenja)? Prva porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece (5,9,13), a druga 2 odraslih i 2 dece (3,8). Jedini uslovi su dva odvojena apartmana sa kuhinjama i parkin obezbjeđen. Unaprijed zahvalan na odgovoru.

Gazde Ana i Evangelos veoma prijatni ljudi. Smestaj cist,na tri dana se menja posteljina. Plaza je udaljena par minuta,nema guzve,more prelepo cisto. Samo na pocetku ima bar. Ko ne voli guzvu ovo je idealno mesto.
