Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

If you are looking for quality accommodation near the fantastic Salonikiou beach, Akti-S Resort is an excellent choice for you. Built in a beautiful courtyard, close to the beach, it provides everything necessary for a peaceful family vacation, far from noisy tourist resorts.
The accommodation is about 180m from Salonikiou beach. The village of Agios Nikolaos is around 9km away, but every morning, a van passes by the accommodation, delivering fresh bread and pastries from the bakery. The village of Metagitsi is 4km away, while the fishing settlement of Pyrgadikia, where guests can enjoy traditional specialties and fresh fish, is 6km away. The same complex also houses Akti-S Apartments and Suites, but they have different owners.
Akti-S Resort was built in 2012, has seven accommodation units, and is located in a spacious courtyard with private parking, a barbecue area, and a small children's playground.
Three five-bed apartments (35m²) are located on the ground floor. They have a terrace (15m²) with an umbrella, one double bed in the room with the kitchen, and one double bed and a single sofa in the bedroom.
Of the four three-bed apartments (23m²), two are on the first floor, and two are on the second floor. They have one double bed in the bedroom, a sofa in the room with the kitchen, and a terrace (4m²) with an umbrella.
The five-bed apartment with two bedrooms (40m²) is located on the first floor and has a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a sofa.
The five-bed apartment and two three-bed apartments have large refrigerators, while the other two three-bed apartments have smaller refrigerators with a freezer compartment. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. In each bathroom, there is a designated shower area with a curtain and a hairdryer, while guests can also use a shared washing machine upon agreement with the owner. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Pets are allowed upon request and agreement with the owner.
The courtyard is spacious and fenced, with enough parking space. There is a covered gazebo with a barbecue, chairs, and a table for relaxation.
To reach the accommodation, follow the road leading to Agios Nikolaos after turning off the main road from the direction of Nikiti. 220m before reaching the beach, you will see the accommodation on the right-hand side.
Akti-S Resort is located in a quiet area and is ideal for those who want to relax away from the crowds.

Poštovani, da li imate u ponudi smjestaj za dvije porodice u dva apartmana u periodu od 01.07-11.07. (deset noćenja)? Prva porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece (5,9,13), a druga 2 odraslih i 2 dece (3,8). Jedini uslovi su dva odvojena apartmana sa kuhinjama i parkin obezbjeđen. Unaprijed zahvalan na odgovoru.
