Elena’s Maisonette is a comfortable family villa nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Nea Plagia on Halkidiki, offering complete privacy across two levels just 650 m from a sandy beach. This home boasts a spacious courtyard with a gazebo, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area, making it an ideal retreat for guests who wish to enjoy sun, sea and greenery all in one place.

Elena’s Maisonette can accommodate up to eight adults. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet; the first floor comprises two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, while upstairs one bedroom has a double bed and the other has four single beds.

A travel cot is always available on request, ensuring that parents traveling with young children have a pleasant, worry-free stay.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with table fans. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout, and there is a satellite-channel TV in the living room and in the ground-floor bedroom. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a hairdryer. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a four-ring stove with a large oven, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

From every room and the spacious balcony you can admire views of the courtyard, neighboring villages and rolling foothills, with the Aegean Sea’s waves visible on the horizon. Breakfast and evening relaxation are especially pleasant in the gazebo or on the balcony, surrounded by silence and abundant shade. Guests have access to a private barbecue, shaded seating under the gazebo and a paved area in front of the villa—ideal for games and socializing.

Pets are welcome for an extra charge; owners should notify us before arrival. The property is completely safe for animals, thanks to its high fence and the quiet street in front of the villa, where traffic is infrequent.

Guests are responsible for keeping the villa tidy during their stay; a professional cleaning service is provided at the end of the stay for an additional fee. Extra sets of bed linen and towels are also provided.

Private parking is available within the enclosed courtyard, and an additional vehicle can be parked outside the gate.

Elena’s Maisonette is located in a tranquil coastal village that, besides its own sandy beach, offers a wealth of nearby attractions. Popular destinations such as Nea Flogita are only 2 km away and Nea Moudania 8.5 km; the beaches of Kassandra lie about 20 km from the villa. In Nea Plagia itself, the beach stands out for its golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters—perfect for a family holiday and sunbathing. Within a 20 km radius you’ll find many excursion options: nature lovers can stroll trails through nearby hills and pine forests, while photography enthusiasts have plenty of opportunities to capture Kasandra’s sunsets over verdant plains. The nearest international airport is Thessaloniki Makedonia which is 44 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
