Sea Lavie Apartment is located in the coastal town of Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located near supermarkets and restaurants, it offers you a peaceful vacation and a pleasant atmosphere. The nearest beach is 350 meters from the accommodation.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It has a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a coffee machine.

This accommodation has two balconies. The larger balcony, which is equipped with seating, is accessed from the living room, while the smaller balcony is accessed from one bedroom.

By agreement, and with an additional charge, small pets are welcome.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment, while a replacement set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves, is provided for stays longer than seven nights. A cleaning service is available upon request and for an additional fee.

A parking space is provided for accommodation guests, in the yard in front of the building.

Sea Lavie Apartment is 4.5 km from Siviri Beach, 6.5 km from Posida Beach, while the nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 86 km from the property.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious, and beautifully furnished, located just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the city square. Everything is nearby, and there is no noise.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
