A complex of refined, comfortable two-storey villas with panoramic views of the sea and the city of Hanioti, Hanioti Villas, is located 800m from the sea on the adjacent plot of about 800sqm. Two-storey villas are located on a hill with an area of 170sqm. They are decorated in a modern style with a private pool. It is an ideal choice for newlywed, for a noisy company of friends as well as for a family holiday.
Location: At 500m from the center of the picturesque resort of Hanioti, with developed tourist infrastructure, 90km from Macedonia airport of Thessaloniki. Each villa consists of two floors.
First floor: Living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, cooker, oven, utensils), washing machine, sofa, 24'' TV, SAT TV, A/C, two toilets with shower.
Second floor: Three bedrooms (two bedrooms include a double bed, the third one includes a sofa bed). Each bedroom includes an A/C and a TV. Communal shower WC. Accommodation from 2-7 people.
Additional information: Private pool for each villa, outdoor shower next to the pool, parking space. Cleaning every day, changing of towels and bed linen every three days. Free WiFi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
