Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
The apartment is located near the centre of Hanioti (150m) and 400m away from the beach
Its leaving area is 65m2 + terrace + the yard. The bedroom has a large double bed, fitted sliding wardrobes, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The living room is divided by shelves behind which there are bunk beds, on the lower level for two, and on the upper level for one person. The living room also has a mosquito net and air conditioning. The kitchen contains all the necessary elements for meal preparation. The bathroom is very spacious, and guests have a hairdryer at their disposal.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment has a spacious private yard used exclusively by its guests. Internet is also only for guests of this apartment (not shared with others).
