The luxury villa Hanioti Suite is located just a few meters from the crystal clear, blue sea and fine sandy beach, as well as a 5-minute walk from the picturesque village of Hanioti, a popular and very well-designed resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula.
The Hanioti Suite is a maisonette on three levels, on the ground floor is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine, while on the second floor, there is a toilet and a bedroom with a jacuzzi. This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of six adults. The living room has an exit to the veranda, while each bedroom has an exit to the balcony.
Two bedrooms, each with a TV, have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
On request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
Setting high standards in equipment, and in order to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have made an effort you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this modernly equipped and, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
The living room, as well as each bedroom, are air-conditioned. This accommodation offers its guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and with a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea or the yard, on the furnished veranda or one of the three balconies, or preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided, on the beach, for guests of the accommodation.The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves. There is a possibility of service cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels with an additional charge of 150€ per service.
Only one parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Hanioti Suite is at a distance of 91 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
