Owner description
Luxurious accommodation Hanioti Suites is located just a few meters from the crystal clear, blue sea and fine sandy beach, as well as a 5-minute walk from the picturesque village of Hanioti, a popular and beautifully maintained resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula.
There are two accommodation units which are structured as three-level maisonettes and intended for a maximum of six persons. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, the first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine, while the second floor includes a toilet and a bedroom with a jacuzzi. The living room has access to a veranda and each bedroom has access to a balcony.
The two bedrooms have one double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds in maisonette no.1, while maisonette no.2 includes a single bed with a trundle bed.
Upon request and for an additional charge, a baby cot can be added.
Setting high standards in furnishing to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have made every effort to ensure that you take the most beautiful memories with you, paying attention to every detail in this modernly equipped and, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
The living room, as well as each bedroom, are air-conditioned. This accommodation offers its guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with views of the sea or the garden, on the veranda or on one of the three balconies equipped with seating sets or preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided on the beach for guests of the accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay, as well as changing the bed linen and towels provided. There is an option for cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels for an additional charge of €150 per service.
One parking space per maisonette is provided for guests.
Hanioti Suites is located 91km away from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
