Owners description
Valentina's Apartment is located in Olympiada, Athos and offers an apartment on the first floor, with one bedroom and is suitable for a family with two children.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, windows are secured with commercial networks, and a free baby bed is available upon request.
There is one French bed in the bedroom, while children can sleep in the living room on a sofa that can be extended for two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a large oven with four rings, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a dishwasher.
The bathroom consists of a shower, and guests also have at their disposal a hair dryer and a washing machine.
Valentina's Apartment also offers two balconies overlooking the garden and trees.
The yard is fenced, has a beautifully maintained lawn, as well as a children's playground, a summerhouse, benches and a sports field.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen is done halfway through the stay. Lovers are not allowed.
The accommodation includes a free private parking, while the nearest sandy beach is only 50m from the apartment.
Olympiada beach is 400m from the accommodation, and the nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 107km from Valentina's Apartment.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
