Hotel Description

Twins House is located in the popular tourist destination of Hanioti, just 300 meters from the sandy beach. This comfortable and nicely decorated accommodation is an excellent choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends.

The property is structured as a two-level maisonette and is intended to accommodate up to six adults. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Please note that only one of the two maisonettes has a bathroom on the ground floor, while the other does not. On the second level, on the first floor, there is one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers A/C units in the living room and in each bedroom. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV in both the living room and each bedroom, a safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, and an electric kettle.

Guests can relax and enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped yard from the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves, and there is no provision for linen and towel replacement.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
