Hotel Description

Kazaviti Hotel is located in a wooded area Prinos, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach. It offers guests a peaceful break from the urbanity of everyday life. A pool is also available, and the service at this accommodation is HB based.

The hotel has three stars and it is situated in a quiet, non-traffic street in the area of Dasilio, 1.3km from the port in Skala Prinos and about 200m from the beach. Considering that this area is known for its abundance of pine forest, stretching all the way to the sea, the scent of pine is strong and very pleasant. The nearest supermarket is about 300m away.

The hotel consists of two medium-sized buildings, painted in white, between which there is a very beautiful pool with nozzles that make the water flow in it (the pool operates from 10am to 8pm, with a break from 2pm to 5pm during the daily rest time), a poolside bar, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. In the first main building, which you encounter when entering the courtyard, there are the reception, lobby, restaurant with dining room, and gym. In this building, only double rooms are located, while in the second building, there are apartments accessed from long, shared terraces overlooking the pool, and each apartment at the back of the building has a private balcony with a view of the pine forest. In front of the main building, there is a playground for children, a bar, tables and chairs, and a table tennis under a canopy. The building where the rooms are located was built in 1990, while the one with the apartments was built in 1995. The owners invest in accommodation every year.

The hotel has 13 double rooms and 10 apartments.

The rooms have two single beds.

The apartments consist of a living room where there are two single beds, a hallway with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a balcony overlooking the pine forest at the back of the hotel. In front of the entrance door, there is also a terrace overlooking the pool, an open seating area that apartment guests can use.

All units are very well equipped (A/C, minibar, TV, WiFi, safe, hairdryer, mosquito nets on doors and windows, baby cot available upon request), all are spacious and bright enough.

The service is based on half board, including breakfast and dinner, included in the price.

Towel and linen change is every three days, and cleaning is daily.

There is no private parking, but free public parking is available nearby.

Coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left when you reach the port in Skala Prinos and drive along the coast for another 1km. Turn left at the last turn before the campsite and after 300m you will see the hotel on the left.

Kazaviti Hotel is a good choice for those seeking a peaceful, carefree holiday and wishing to fully indulge in relaxation. Its convenient location allows guests to visit nearby places, while for those craving a bit more shopping, Limenas is about 20km away.

The accommodation was excellent. It was very close to the beach, in a tranquil location. The food was standard, as in any town and hotel in Greece. The staff was courteous. Overall, we are satisfied.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
