Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Elena's House is located in a peaceful area of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 500 meters from the beach. This accommodation offers the perfect ambiance for couples and families seeking a relaxing vacation in a quiet and comfortable setting. Surrounded by greenery and close to the town center, it is ideal for guests looking for a balance between natural surroundings and convenient access to local amenities. Proximity to the beach, coupled with privacy and tranquility, makes it an excellent choice for a carefree summer getaway.
The ground-floor apartment in a two-story house is designed to accommodate up to three adults and two children. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom features two joined single beds and one slightly smaller-than-standard single bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi with a weaker signal, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a spacious fridge with a freezer, and an electric kettle.
