Elena's House is located in a popular and very nicely decorated resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti, 500m from the beach.
Elena's House is an apartment on the ground floor of a two-story house that can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. It has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom has two joined single beds for two persons and one single bed of smaller dimensions than standard, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi with a weak signal, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, and iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a kettle.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The guests themselves do the cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 20€ per service.
No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but there is a public parking lot near the accommodation, where there is always a free parking space.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
