Description
Located between Hanioti and Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Konstantinos House is situated 650m from the nearest beach, while it is 2.5km away from the center of Hanioti and 2km from the center of Pefkohori.
The house spreads over three levels and is designed to accommodate up to ten adults and two children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, including a sofa for two people, and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a sleeping area with two sofas for two people, which is not separated by doors from the living room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
Within this air-conditioned house, guests have on their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a four-burner ceramic hob with a large oven, a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle.
During warm summer days, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.
In the well-maintained courtyard, guests can enjoy barbecue gatherings with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation and changing bed linens and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations at the end of the stay.
Parking space is available within the complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
