Cristina House is located in the popular town of Hanioti, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The accommodation is 270m from the beach, which is sandy and organized, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants is 1km away.

The Masoutis supermarket is 600m from the accommodation, and the Lemonis bakery is 1km away.

According to its structure, this accommodation facility is a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of six people. On the first level, on the second floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen and a toilet, while on the second level, on the third floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. . The balcony on the first level offers a view of the pool and the yard, and is equipped with seating.

In this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer and a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven. There is a tub in the bathroom.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for reflecting hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels.

Guests have the opportunity to use the communal swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas within the complex. There is a parking lot in front of the complex.

Cristina House is located within the accommodation complex opposite the stadium in Hanioti, on the left side of the main road leading to Pefkohori.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
