Owners description
Lefka First Line House is located in the first row by the sea in the resort of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The town beach, which is sandy and organized, is directly accessible from the yard, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants is 850m away.
This apartment is situated on the first floor of the house and is intended to accommodate up to five adults and two children. It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while the other one contains two single beds joined together and a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with independent air conditioning units in the kitchen and both bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea or the yard, on the balcony furnished with seating set.
Your stay can be enhanced by the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends, as well as ample space for relaxation in this beautifully landscaped and well-maintained yard.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linens and towels. All reservations require a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Parking is provided for guests within the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
