Lefka First Line House is located in the first row by the sea in the resort of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The city beach, which is sandy and organized, can be accessed directly from the yard, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries, and restaurants is 850m away
Supermarket Masoutis is 800m away, while smaller shops and bakeries are located around 500m. The beach bar Achinos is right next to the accommodation.
This apartment is located on the first floor and is intended to accommodate up to five adults and two children (there is an independent accommodation unit on the ground floor that is rented separately. Link to the ground floor apartment: Lilys house
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with an independent cooling unit in the kitchen and bedrooms, guests have free WiFi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster at their disposal. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the Masoutis supermarket in Hanioti, turn left onto the street towards the sea after 400m, then continue straight for another 250m to the cross street where this accommodation is located right next to the beach bar Achinos.
If you are looking for accommodation with a beautifully landscaped yard, natural shade, and direct access to the sandy beach, where you can set up your own equipment or use sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach bar, Lefka First Line House can be an excellent choice.
We must note that the furniture in the apartment is older, and we do not recommend it for guests who prioritize modern and new accommodations. Instead, it is ideal for those who want the best location, space for children or relaxation in the yard and shade, private shaded parking, and the most beautiful yard in Hanioti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
