Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Lily's House is located in the first row by the sea in the resort of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The city beach, which is sandy and organized, can be accessed directly from the yard, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants is 850m away.
Supermarket Masoutis is 800m away, while smaller shops and bakeries are about 500m away. The beach bar Achinos is right next to the accommodation.
Two apartments are for rent on the ground floor. One apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person. The second apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has bunk beds and a sofa for two people. The living room leads to the veranda, which is equipped with seating and offers a view of the beautifully landscaped yard and the sea.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. In the apartment for four people, guests have a washing machine and a dishwasher. A baby cot is available upon request. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation in agreement with the owner
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation unit and every seven days they will receive a clean set of bed linen and towels to change themselves. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
Your stay can be more enjoyable with the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space to relax in this beautifully landscaped and maintained yard. Sunbeds are available for guests to take to the beach, with the obligation of returning them daily.
Parking space is provided within the yard for guests of the accommodation.
For guests staying at this accommodation, a deposit of 200€ is mandatory. It will be refunded upon check-out, provided the accommodation is returned as received.
When coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the Masoutis supermarket in Hanioti, you should turn left into the street towards the sea after 400m, and then continue straight for another 250m to the cross street where the accommodation is located, right next to the beach bar Achinos.
