Lily's House is located in a popular and very nicely decorated resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti, in the first row and only 70m away from the beach.
Lily's House is an apartment on the ground floor of the house that can accommodate up to four adults. It has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom has one double bed and one bed for one person, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea or the yard, on the furnished veranda.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation in this beautifully decorated and maintained yard.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, within the price and upon agreement with the owner.
The guests of this accommodation, within the price, have at their disposal sunbeds that they can take to the beach, but with the obligation to return them daily.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 20€ per service.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Lily's House is located 4 km from the popular resort of Pefkochori, 5.6 km from Polichrono, and 93 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
