Description
The George Seafront Apartment is located in the popular resort Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The well-maintained sandy beach is directly accessible from the yard, while the central square, where restaurants, playgrounds for children, shops, bakeries, and pharmacies are located, is 600m away from the accommodation.
Guests have at their disposal an apartment on the third floor, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, suitable for a maximum of four adults and one child. In the bedroom of this apartment there is a double bed, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person, one of which can be extended.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a direct sea view from the balcony furnished with seating.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee of 65€ per reservation. Upon arrival of guests with pets, a refundable security deposit of 200€ is required to cover potential damages caused by the pet. The deposit will be returned to guests if no damage is incurred by the pet after their stay in the accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation unit during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided. For the cleaning service after guests' departure, an obligatory surcharge of 65€ per reservation is applicable. Guests also have the option of cleaning service during their stay for an additional fee of 60€ per service.
Parking space is provided for guests within the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
