Neikos Luxury Suites is located 400m from the city beach in Hanioti and its central square, on the east coast of Kassandra.
This property, with an interior and exterior based on elements of Mediterranean aesthetics, offers accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. The following accommodation units are offered:
Standard rooms have a double bed or two joined single beds, can accommodate a maximum of two people and are located on the ground floor.
Comfort rooms have a double bed or two joined single beds, can accommodate a maximum of two people and are located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
Premium Suite rooms are intended for a maximum of three people, since they contain a double bed and a single bed. They are located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
Deluxe Suite rooms are intended for a maximum of four people. They contain a double bed and two single beds and are located on the ground floor or on the first floor.
Duplex Suite rooms are spread over two levels and can accommodate a maximum of four people. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with two single beds and a bathroom, while there is a double bed on the open gallery.
Executive Suite apartment is located on the first floor and can host a maximum of four people. There are two single beds in the living room, while the bedroom, which is separated by glass sliding doors, has a double bed. This apartment does not have a kitchen.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, toiletries, a mini bar and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Reception opening hours are from 08:00 to midnight. A traditional Greek buffet breakfast is served in the roof garden restaurant at the top of the building, which offers an enchanting view of the sea.
In the yard, there is a swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, as well as a pool bar open until midnight.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days and bed linen is changed every three days.
This accommodation does not have its own parking lot, so guests can park in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
