Kostas Villas can accommodate up to 8 people. It spans 350 m2 and offers its guests 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, sauna, gym, parking and barbecue area. It is located at the exit from Hanioti towards Polychrono, about 100m from the pebble beach. The center of Hanioti is about 900m away.

Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
