Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Ifigenia Apartment is located in Hanioti, about 450 m from the beach. It is located on the second floor and can host up to 8 people.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two beds for one person, and in the living room there are two sofas for two people each.
In the kitchen there is a stove with four burners and a large oven, a coffee machine and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine.
A cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
One parking space is provided for accommodation guests, and it is possible to park along the street.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and the change of towels and bed linen is not provided.
