Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Karina First Line House is situated in the center of Hanioti with direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 guests. The living room features two pull-out sofas and an additional bed that unfolds from one of the sofas, lower in height compared to the other beds. The bedroom has two single beds. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove with burners, a coffee filter machine, and a bread toaster. This apartment includes a bathroom with a small shower tub and curtains, as well as a washing machine.
