Hotel Description

Jasmine Apartment is located in the town of Hanioti, a popular and beautifully landscaped resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 450m from the sandy beach and 200m from the central square. Elegantly furnished units, with modern amenities and an authentic atmosphere, represent the perfect choice for an ideal vacation.

There are two accommodation units available, located on the ground floor and first floor, designed for a maximum of five people. They consist of a living room, kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has either two single beds or a sofa for two people. The living room also has a sofa for one person.

The air-conditioned units feature a TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, large fridge with freezer, microwave and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.

From the terrace or balcony, furnished with seating area, guests can enjoy a view of the street.

Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, with towels and bed linen available for their use, changed only after they leave the accommodation.

Jasmine Apartment is 4km away from Pefkohori, 11.2km from Xenia Beach, and 92km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay period is six nights.
For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.

The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 8€ per night.
