Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Edem villa is perfection on the very, almost private beach. It is located halfway between Polichrono and Hanioti. Two apartments for 6 or 9 people are at guests disposal in a beautiful, spacious and fenced yard. The accommodation is ideal for large families or large groups of friends. A private parking lot with enough space for everyone is at guests' disposal. The minimum number of nights for a reservation is 15.
The center of Hanioti and Polikhron is about 2 km away.
Apartment Alta Vista is located on the first floor of the house, has three levels, three bedrooms and a living room with dining room and kitchen. There is a double bed in two bedrooms, three single beds in the third, and two sofas in the kitchen area. It is suitable for nine people, seven adults and two children.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a four-burner stove and a large oven, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
The apartment has a large balcony, which is accessed from the living room. It is equipped with seating and a swing and has a fantastic view of the sea.
Apartment Aqua Vista is on the ground floor of the building and opens onto the courtyard. It has three bedrooms and a living room with dining room and kitchen.
There are two single beds in one bedroom, one single bed in one, and a double bed in the third bedroom. It is suitable for five people.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a stove with four rings and a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower with a brick screen, without a curtain.
The apartment has a large covered veranda facing the sea. It is equipped with a sofa.
Both apartments have mosquito nets, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, internet and TV.
Both apartments can be rented at the same time.
A cot is available on request and is not charged separately.
The apartments are spacious. The furniture is a little older, but nicely preserved, and the accommodation is well maintained, clean and tidy.
The guests of this accommodation have at their disposal umbrellas and sunbeds that they can take to the beach, with the obligation to return them to the yard of the accommodation. In the yard there is a large covered gazebo with a barbecue and a seating area that can be used by both apartments.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves.
Parking spaces are located within the fenced yard of the accommodation across the street, which is owned by the same company.
The owners live in the accommodation and are there for anything necessary.
Edem villa is the perfect choice if you are looking for accommodation with a large landscaped yard, in a quiet and safe location, right on the beach without crowds.
