Description
Villa Bouboulina is a house located in the heart of Halkidiki. It is an apartment of 60 sq.m. with two bedrooms, living room and storage space, fully equipped, as it has a mini oven with cooking hobs, kitchen utensils, TV, WiFi, and Air condition in each bedroom. In addition to the two bedrooms it includes a sofa that opens and becomes a double bed, so that up to 6 people can be accommodated. Additionally included yard and parking.
Agios Mamas is a quiet, seaside village, suitable for family vacations and is famous for its clear blue and crystal clear waters but also for the largest trade fair in Northern Greece which takes place from 28/8 to 4/9. It is also located between the two legs of Halkidiki. In this way there is quick access to both the 1st and 2nd leg so that there is the opportunity to visit as many places as possible and the blue-green coasts of Halkidiki.
The house is located in the center of the village, 50 m from the square, 10m from the supermarket and 200m from the pharmacy. The sea is at 2 km, Nea Moudania and the Health Center of N. Moudania at 3 km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
