The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building set on sloping terrain and is designed to accommodate up to four adults. The entrance to the apartment from the front is at ground level, while access to the backyard is via external stairs. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers comfort with an air conditioner, a fan, free WiFi internet, a smart TV with Total TV channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an iron. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
