The villa combines functionality with the pleasant atmosphere of a popular resort.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building set on sloping terrain and is designed to accommodate up to four adults. The entrance to the apartment from the front is at ground level, while access to the backyard is via external stairs. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers comfort with an air conditioner, a fan, free WiFi internet, a smart TV with Total TV channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with a stove featuring four glass-ceramic plates, a large oven, an Air Fryer, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, a juicer, a blender, and a toaster.

From the veranda, furnished with seating, there is a view of the yard and the pool, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. Guests can use the shared pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, while the beautifully landscaped yard offers the opportunity to enjoy barbecuing and socializing.

In this accommodation, the stay of small pets, exclusively female, is allowed with prior agreement.

For guests, one parking space in front of the property is provided.

Guests take care of cleaning during their stay, while the replacement of bedding and towels is carried out every five days.

The apartment is exceptional, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. Parking, a yard, and a pool without crowds or noise. The location of the house is slightly isolated from the center and hustle, yet you are just a 5-minute walk from the center and a 3-minute stroll to the beach. The recommended beach is MOLOS, located right below the house, as it is spacious and free from large crowds, with crystal-clear water. The owner is always available and accommodating, while also being completely unobtrusive. We gladly return to such a place... Highest recommendations!

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
