Thanks to its spaciousness and comfortable layout, the villa is an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together. The peaceful location, privacy, and pleasant atmosphere allow guests to enjoy a carefree stay away from everyday noise. Hanioti is one of the most popular resorts in Kassandra, with a picturesque promenade, numerous restaurants, taverns, cafés, and shops. The beach in the village is characterized by crystal-clear waters and organized sections of the coastline, providing ideal conditions for swimming and relaxation during the summer days. Orelia Villa represents an excellent base for exploring the entire Kassandra peninsula and its beautiful beaches, hidden coves, and charming coastal villages.

The apartment with three bedrooms, which has the structure of a maisonette, extends over two levels and can accommodate up to eight adults. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a toilet, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms on the first floor each have one double bed, while the bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with two joined single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a Smart TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
