Our description

Leonidas Apartments is located in Nea Peramos, in the first row to the sea and offers studios and apartments with a beautiful view. Near the accommodation there is a large public parking where guests can park their cars.

The villa is located above the shop and cafe-bakery Fragokota, in the Nikis street alongside the beach. The city center is about 300m away.

The accommodation was built in 1983 and renovated in 2016. It has four apartments and one studio. On the first floor there are three apartments (about 38m2) and studio (18m2), while on the second floor is only the apartment number 5 (about 45m2).

4 Bed Apartment, Sea View (No.1) has a sea view and is located on the front side of the building. In the bedroom, there is one double bed, while in the living room is a folding sofa bed for two people.

4 Bed Apartment (No.2) has a view of the surrounding area and is located on the back side of the house. There are two connected single beds in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a folding sofa bed for two people.

2 Bed Studio, Sea View (No.3) is located on the front side of the building. It has a sea view and one double bed.

5 Bed Apartment, 2nd Floor (No.5) is the only one located on the second floor and has a spacious veranda overlooking the sea. There are two connected single beds in the bedroom, while in the living room there is one folding sofa bed for two people and one sofa for one person. Only this apartment has a barbecue which guests of this unit can use. Because it is located on the top floor it has lower sealing. The owner is planing to renovate this unit for the season 2020.

Kitchens in all units are equipped and have a small fridge, stove top, kettle and a coffee maker. In the bathroom units No. 2 and 3 have a shower cabin, while in the other apartments there is a shower with a curtain. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed, only baby cots. Smaller pets are allowed on request upon booking. All units have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets.

Towels and bed linen are replacing usually every five days, depending on the period of staying. Guests by themselves are taking care of the hygiene in the accommodation units.

The parking places are available in the streets around the villa or at a public free parking near the beach, with a capacity of about 120 vehicles.

Owners description

Wellcome to Leonidas Apartments which are located at
the ideal site in New Peramos (Anactoropolis) 60m away from the awarded
beach.

The rooms have a magnificent view of the sea with
their own Beach Café with free sunbathing chairs.
The village of N. Peramos is situated 15 km west of
Kavala town with its own airport. It is a perfect resort
for families and couples of all ages. The crystal blue,
clean and shallow sea indisputably is a spot of attraction
for our young and older friends.

The municipality of Paggaio with its beauties combines
mountains and sea. The popular beach of White Dunes
(Ammolofoi) provides an unforgettable experience to
the lovers of nature.

The journey to Thessaloniki through Egnatia Road is
absolutely enjoyable and it can be a perfect choice for a
day's trip. As it only takes an hour and it is 150 km
away.

A visitor can enjoy the slow pace of his holidays cooling
himself in the beautiful waters of the sea, visiting the
taverns and the bars as well as sitting on his own balcony
either reading or relaxing.

LEONIDAS APARTMENTS
The LEONIDAS APARTMENTS is centrally situated and
the bus stop to Kavala is just opposite the apartments
where a free parking lot is also available.
Two kinds of rooms are provided:
Family apartments: for 2 adults and 2 children or 3
adults. One bedroom, seated kitchen, WC, private
balcony.

Small apartment: it can accommodate two adults, one
bedroom, kitchen, WC, private balcony

All rooms provide air condition, wireless internet,
satellite TV, kitchen, and fridge.
Pets are allowed after mutual agreement.

Beach Café and Restaurant

The Beach Café Fragokota welcomes you to an excellent
interior as well as the exterior environment and its high
standard service.

You will be able to taste its unique freshly grinded
coffee, the superb dishes accompanying the drinks and
the refreshing cocktails.
A really attractive spot for those who wish to escape
from city life. The relaxing music from lounge light jazz
to pop ballads and the candle light helps you enjoy the
exotic magic of the summer.
The interior design which is classic-modern supported
by earthly colors offers a tranquil atmosphere.
The exterior is divided into two parts. The lounge area
maintaining the earth colors with trees around and the
beautiful view of the sea allows you to cool during the
warm summer days and nights. You can also enjoy the
FREE sunbathing chairs next to the sea.

Activities

You can visit wineries and talk with local Wine
connoisseurs, you can have an interesting walk to the
bio products field. You can also go hiking, sailing,
bicycle, surfing( weather permitted), play tennis and
take day trips to Thessaloniki, Kavala, Drama. In case
you want to expand your spending habits.
Different choices are provided such as visiting the
Therapeutic Springs at Eleftheres and Lydia.

White Dunes (Ammolofoi)

The popular beach of Ammolofoi is 10km long with its
fine sand and the crystal clean waters travels your
senses.
It is listed in the 10 best beaches in Greece and it has
been awarded the Blue Flag.
It is well organized with umbrellas, bars and parking lot.

As far as the nature lovers who wish to visit Ammolofi
seeking a more peaceful and relaxing environment they
can discover the quiet sites of the beach by choosing
holidays offseason.
