Kakadu Sunset Resort is situated in the small village of Kalandra, known for the remains of the ancient sanctuary of Mendi, after which the entire region was named, on the Kassandra peninsula. It is located approximately 3km from Posidi Beach.
This two-level apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to seven people. On the first level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two connected or separate single beds, as well as a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a double bed.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a renovated and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a curtain.
From the balcony, equipped with a seating area, there is a view of the sea and mountains.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
Free parking is available in front of the accommodation for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
