All units come with a balcony with sea and city views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower. Studios feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower, free toiletries included.
It is pet friendly and we can add a 3rd bed for children preferably or even for a 3rd adult.Distances:

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
