Cozy House is located 900m from the beach in the village of Kallithea, one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula.

The apartment, situated on the ground floor of a residential building, can accommodate up to five people. The unit consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa bed for one person.

In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a shower tray with a curtain.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
